Purpose: Actions of Influence is for organizations that want to empower their employers to have a positive impact on their colleagues, customers, the work environment and, ultimately, the organization’s success.
What to expect: Attendees will learn an effective action plan for implementing a service-oriented approach to their work. Participants will create an inventory of their knowledge, skills, and passions so they can truly understand the wealth of assets they have to offer.
Those in attendance will: • Establish their personal inventory of assets that can be utilized to help others • Cultivate an appreciation for those who have helped them in the past • Discover the ROI (Return on Investment) for their AOI (Actions of Influence) • Learn the How-Now-Wow Principle: an effective action plan for implementing a service-oriented approach to their work • Put their personalized action plans in writing
Outcome: Participants will have their own action list that will enable them to better serve and to make improvements inside the organization, as well as in their communities.
Formats: Actions of Influence is offered as a keynote presentation and training seminar.
